Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days.Â
Hand-painted and made-to-order planters may take a little longer due to the detail and drying time required. You will receive an email with tracking once your order ships.
Shipping Methods
We ship using trusted carriers within Canada, the United States, and select international destinations. Carrier options and rates are shown at checkout.
Local Pickup (London, Ontario)
Local pickup is available for select items. If eligible, you will see the pickup option at checkout. After placing your order, you’ll receive a message with pickup instructions.
Custom & Hand-Painted Orders
Custom and hand-painted planters require additional studio time. Please allow extra days for drying, sealing, and packaging. These pieces are created with care and shipped safely to protect the artwork.
International Shipping
International shipping is available. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the package is scanned by the carrier.
Shipping Delays
Weather, carrier delays, and holiday volume may impact shipping times. Once a package is in transit, delivery speed is in the hands of the carrier. If you have concerns, feel free to contact us and we’ll help where we can.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging. We will replace or refund the damaged item.
For packages marked “delivered” but not received, please check:
- Front door / back door
- Mailbox
- Parcel lockers
- With neighbours or building staff
