What is Soleful Roots?
Soleful Roots is a creative design studio based in London, Ontario. We make handcrafted planters, host Paint Days, and design culture-inspired apparel through our athletic line, Global Floor Seats.

Are your planters handmade?
Yes. Every planter is crafted in small batches in our studio. Many pieces are hand-painted in collaboration with local artist MakerMart, making each one unique.

Do the planters have drainage?
Yes. Most planters include drainage holes and a matching water tray. DIY planters can be customized however you prefer.

Do you offer custom designs?
Yes — custom painted planters can be requested depending on availability. Send us a message through the Contact page and we’ll confirm details.

How do Paint Days work?
Paint Days are creative studio sessions where you paint your own planter. We provide:
- Your planter
- Paints + supplies
- Snacks from local partners
- A fun community atmosphere
Spaces are limited, so registration is required.

Is everything made-to-order?
Some planters are made-to-order, especially hand-painted pieces. DIY planters and apparel items may ship faster depending on stock.

How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Custom and hand-painted items may take slightly longer. You will receive tracking once shipped.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
To keep our studio sustainable:
- No returns on hand-painted or custom items
- Exchanges allowed on apparel (unworn, tags attached)
- Refunds only for items damaged during shipping (with photo proof)
If you have an issue, contact us — we always try to help.

What if my planter arrives damaged?
Email us photos within 48 hours and we’ll replace or refund your order.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for customs or import fees.

Can I pick up my order locally?
Local pickup is available for select items. You will see the option at checkout if it’s eligible.

Who paints the hand-painted planters?
Our studio collaborates with local artist , known for detailed and expressive designs that make each planter one-of-one.
