🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES — SOLEFUL ROOTS

Our Policy
Because many of our pieces are handmade, hand-painted, or made-to-order, we keep our return policy simple and clear to protect both our customers and our small studio.

Hand-Painted & Custom Items
All custom-painted and hand-painted planters are final sale. 
Each piece is created individually and cannot be restocked or resold.

DIY Planters
DIY blank planters are final sale unless they arrive damaged.

Apparel (Global Floor Seats Athletic Line)
We accept exchanges on apparel for sizing issues if:
- the item is unworn
- tags are attached
- returned within 14 days of delivery

If the size you need is not available, we can offer store credit.

Refunds for Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours. 
Include clear photos of:
- the damaged item
- the packaging it arrived in

We will replace or refund the damaged item.

Non-Returnable Items
To keep our studio sustainable, we cannot accept returns on:
- Hand-painted planters
- Custom planters
- DIY blank planters (unless damaged)
- Sale items
- Digital products or workshop tickets

Lost or Missing Packages
If a package is marked “delivered” but you didn’t receive it:
1. Check your mailbox, porch, parcel lockers
2. Check with neighbours or building staff
3. Contact your carrier with your tracking number

Workshop Tickets (Paint Days)
Paint Day bookings are non-refundable. 
If you can’t attend, you may transfer your spot to someone else — just let us know.
